Features: The book is designed for grassroots employees and cadres, aiming to be comprehensive, accessible, and practical. It enables bank employees to address common issues encountered in daily writing tasks through the book. During the writing process, each document type is introduced using the "Argument, Method, Example" approach. "Argument" explains the concept, function, types, and characteristics of each document type; "Method" refers to the writing techniques; and "Example" provides recommended models. This approach is intended to help those with foundational knowledge understand the principles behind each document, while offering beginners ready-to-use references. For easily confused document types, two methods are employed for differentiation: one is to list them for comparison (e.g., "Qingshi" vs. "Baogao," "Tongzhi" vs. "Tongbao," "Gonggao" vs. "Gongkao" in Chapter 2, Section 8), and the other is to elaborate on the differences and connections between relevant document types in the "Argument" section of each document (e.g., administrative documents, credit-related documents). This aids readers in accurately using documents in practical work. The writing fundamentals section uses simple language to guide beginners, helping them avoid common pitfalls. For instance, in Section 11, Subsection 2, to address the concern of non-professional writers about difficulties in starting and concluding articles, several dozen opening and eight closing techniques are directly listed for easy reference and immediate use by beginners. The analysis of writing cases is detailed, particularly in the administrative documents section, where many actual work-related mistakes are included. This undoubtedly benefits readers in identifying and correcting issues in real-world applications. In addition to being suitable for bank employees to read and as training materials, the book can also be used by university and college students or as teaching material.
