Features: To promote rational drug use and improve the level of clinical anti-infective drug use, we organized a group of personnel with long-term practical experience in the treatment and medication of clinical infectious diseases. Referring to relevant domestic and international materials and combining the actual conditions of the region, we compiled the "Clinical Rational Use of Anti-infective Drugs Guide," aiming to provide healthcare workers with a practical reference book for drug use in the treatment of infectious diseases. The book consists of 6 chapters, including basic knowledge of the rational application of anti-infective drugs, the correct selection and individualized use of anti-infective drugs, adverse reactions and interactions of anti-infective drugs, the preventive use of anti-infective drugs, the application of anti-infective drugs in common clinical infectious diseases, and the tiered management of clinical application of antimicrobial drugs. At the end of the book, there are the Basic Principles of Clinical Application of Antimicrobial Drugs issued by the Ministry of Health, the Management of Clinical Application of Antimicrobial Drugs by the Ministry of Health, the pharmacokinetic parameters of commonly used anti-infective drugs, and a comparison table of the English and Chinese names of commonly used anti-infective drugs.
