Features: Clinical Gynecologic Oncology is an internationally popular, highly acclaimed, and widely used textbook on gynecologic oncology. Since 1981, it has been revised every 2–3 years and remains consistently in demand. Its key features include a strong emphasis on clinical diagnosis and management, making it highly practical while continuously incorporating new concepts and technologies. Some clinical concepts have been widely adopted and become well-known, such as the 10 criteria for distinguishing benign from malignant ovarian tumors and the 10 guidelines for preserving fertility in epithelial ovarian cancer, both of which originated from DiSaia and colleagues. The book is richly illustrated with diagrams and tables, making it easier to understand and remember, particularly useful for teaching medical students and young physicians. Therefore, it serves not only as an important reference for clinical practice but also for clinical teaching. Many doctors encounter gynecologic oncology patients in their clinical work and urgently need a readable textbook. To address this need, we wrote Clinical Gynecologic Oncology. The book has been revised five times, and now we have prepared the 6th edition. The new edition maintains the style of the previous five, focusing on clinical manifestations and management with high practicality. The authors have presented their unique insights on many topics, especially those related to disease treatment. For important subjects, in-depth discussions are provided, accompanied by a substantial number of new references to facilitate readers' learning and research.
