Features: Very early, I also don’t really like celery. I always feel it has a medicinal taste. If there are two dishes on the table, I usually don’t pay much attention to it. Later, a friend nicknamed "Wolf Dog" told me I should eat more celery. Wolf Dog’s wife is the head nurse of a large hospital. He said his wife told him that men must eat more fibrous foods, as it’s absolutely not okay to eat meat like wild animals. At first, I didn’t take Wolf Dog’s words seriously. A couple of decades have passed since then, and now I think Wolf Dog was right. In terms of diet, incorporating a certain proportion of fibrous vegetables, such as celery, not only provides nutrition but is also more important in that it can cleanse the intestines and stomach, aid digestion, and even help lower blood pressure. Now, whenever I go to a different place, I pay special attention to eating some celery. The effect is excellent. If my emotional blood pressure rises, I quickly look for celery to eat. At the same time, I also eat some raw onions, both of which are good for the heart and help lower blood pressure. The effect is incredibly fast. It not only satisfies hunger and cravings but also cures the illness. It’s much better than spending big money on those half-real, half-fake medicines. Some people say that "medicine is better than food," and this is exactly the principle.
