Features: The 9th Revision Edition of "Three Points and One Test Series: Senior High School Chinese" was compiled in accordance with the new guidance spirit of educational reform from the Ministry of Education and the new senior high school Chinese curriculum for 2005. It integrates the feedback from a broad readership and is based on the 8th Revision Edition, featuring the following characteristics:
1. Emphasis on Ability Development
This revision better interprets the teaching reform requirement of shifting from knowledge-based learning to ability-based learning, and from explicit exposure to implicit understanding. It prioritizes ability development as the fundamental goal. Building on a comprehensive analysis of the implicit patterns of knowledge types, it highlights key and difficult points, provides in-depth explanations of knowledge points, consolidates new knowledge, and guides students to connect learned knowledge points into a knowledge network, enabling them to apply their understanding to solve unfamiliar problems with flexibility and insight.
2. Respect for the Learning Process
To achieve the goal of cultivating abilities, this revision fully considers the objective laws of knowledge acquisition. It proceeds step by step, grounded in practicality. The detailed explanations of knowledge points are closely tied to the text, while the comprehensive ability tests are designed to be appropriately challenging, ensuring that the knowledge network has a solid foundation. The unit assessments are referenced to the knowledge structure of the senior high school Chinese college entrance examination papers, arranged in the order of textbook knowledge points but also deliberately detached from the textbook, providing students with broader space to apply knowledge principles, thereby reflecting the principle of gradual progress and the adaptability of supplementing and developing the textbook.
