Each unit is divided into four parts:
Part 1 is the reading passage and exercises. The exercises include judging the main idea of the passage, reading comprehension, classroom discussion questions, and vocabulary exercises.
Part 2 focuses on reading skills, introducing various reading techniques with corresponding exercises.
Part 3 is for fast reading practice, providing 3 short passages with the requirement to complete them within a specified time.
Part 4 is for out-of-class reading, offering language materials of similar length to the passages with reading comprehension and reflection questions.
An answer key is provided at the end of the book for reference by teachers and students.
