Considering the close relationship between real estate law and property law, the content "The Relationship Between Real Estate Law and Property Law" has been added to the third section.
(2) According to the latest developments in China's residential property transfer system, the second section of Chapter 5 has been supplemented with "Legal Systems for the Transfer of Purchased Public Housing and Economically Affordable Housing."
(3) According to the Supreme People's Court's Interpretation on Applying the Law to Cases of Disputes Over the Purchase and Sale of Residential Property Contracts, which took effect on June 1, 2003, the content of this interpretation has been added to Chapter 5.
(4) According to the Property Management Regulations, which took effect on September 1, 2003, the chapter "Legal System of Property Management" in Chapter 7 has been comprehensively revised.
