Features: Two members of the reclusive group "Mysterious Earth Monks" died mysteriously, followed by the throat-cutting of all the lambs in the sheep pen, and the chickens in the coop were all beheaded overnight. Finally, all the carp in the fish pond were gutted. Holmes and Watson disguised themselves as monks and joined the reclusive group, only to discover that these mysterious deaths were actually related to a strange theft case years ago. A wealthy woman was extorted by the coachman three times while riding in a carriage. She suspected it was the work of a criminal gang. However, Holmes told her that the three coachmen who extorted her were actually the same person. In the ancient and peaceful town, a series of inexplicable oddities occurred consecutively. Overnight, all the town signs were turned in the opposite direction. The next night, the thorny flowers, which the townspeople had long been proud of, were all cut down. Over these three nights, the heavy, rusty iron sign in front of the butcher shop was stolen. These incidents seemed to be the mischief of children, but Holmes still discovered the hidden mystery behind them.
