Features: The Legal Master's Professional Degree Graduate Education (abbreviated as JM Education) was approved for establishment in April 1995. In 1996, pilot enrollment began, marking the birth of China's applied high-level legal talent education system. Commercial Law is one of the "National Legal Master's Professional Degree Education Teaching Materials." This book adopts a thematic arrangement in line with JM teaching characteristics. It divides the fundamental issues of the commercial law discipline, particularly the core issues, into several themes. Each theme covers the basic theories, knowledge, problems, and methods related to it, emphasizing the teaching of methods and practical training. At the same time, it maximizes the reflection of new judicial practices and cutting-edge issues in the discipline, promptly incorporating new research findings, new legal norms, new judicial interpretations, new academic trends, and development directions. This book is edited by three renowned legal scholars—Wang Baoshu, Qin Youtu, and Zhu Ci Yun—as the main and deputy editors, with contributions from sixteen well-known domestic scholars and professors, ensuring that it becomes a textbook that is innovative in form, scientific in content, cutting-edge, and applicable.
