Features: Since the editing and publication of the "Common Legal Handbook Series" began in 2000, nearly 30 legal handbooks covering various fields have been published, with content that basically encompasses all aspects of people's lives. Recently, with the acceleration of China's legislative process, the number of revised and abolished laws and regulations in the legal handbooks has gradually increased. Therefore, we have selected those handbooks most closely related to people's lives for revision and have launched the 2005 new edition this year. We have deleted abolished documents from each handbook and replaced revised regulations with new documents, while supplementing newly enacted regulations. To increase the content volume of each book, the 2005 edition has been changed from a special edition to a large 32nd format and now uses a double-column layout, allowing readers to obtain more legal information at the same cost. To distinguish it from the old version, we have redesigned the cover of the entire series. To make it more convenient for readers to use the series, we have reorganized the classification of the relevant handbooks. In summary, during this revision process, we strive to maintain the series' features of accurate content, strong practicality, and ease of use, while giving more consideration to readers' needs in terms of scope and arrangement. We aim to be precise and targeted, making this handbook series one of the best in its category. This book compiles 195 laws, regulations, and normative documents on various aspects such as land for real estate development, real estate development, construction, construction project quality, real estate transactions, real estate ownership, housing fund and loan management, urban housing reform, housing demolition, property management, and renovation decoration, thereby covering the main laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations in the real estate field. While ensuring comprehensive and complete content, this handbook adopts a scientific and highly targeted arrangement to provide readers with convenient access. This book is a legal reference tool for real estate professionals in their daily work and for the general public when purchasing property, resolving disputes, and other legal matters.
