Features: The rapid development of the information and communication technology (ICT) revolution has attracted the attention of researchers worldwide. The National Economic and Social Development "Tenth Five-Year Plan" and the report of the 16th National Congress proposed a new path for industrialization: "promoting industrialization through informatization and driving informatization with industrialization." As a result, research on ICT as well as theories and policies related to informatization has increased significantly. The heated debate surrounding the "new economy" revolves around the impact of ICT on productivity. Computers are ubiquitous, yet statistical and econometric studies fail to provide evidence that they promote economic growth. To address this, econometricians have improved their methods for further analysis. The commonly used analytical framework is the national income accounting, which divides capital into ICT capital and non-ICT capital, separately examining their effects on various sectors and the growth rate of national income. The Academic Library will feature academic achievements obtained through years of dedicated research by scholars and experts at our university, as well as outstanding research reports from the National Social Science Fund of China, particularly the works of young scholars. Their content covers many major issues at the forefront of disciplines such as economics and management, including research on practical problems in the construction of a socialist market economy.
