Features: The myths and legends about the Trojan War were widely spread across various regions of ancient Greece. Numerous wandering rhapsodes and bards in the Greek world were eager to pass them down from generation to generation, which eventually inspired the two brilliant epic poems, "The Iliad" and "The Odyssey," by the great ancient Greek poet Homer. It is both an ancient folk epic and a literary work that has reached a high level of artistic achievement.
