Features: Ethics and crime are often closely intertwined as two social phenomena. Research on the causes of crime reveals that criminal behavior often evolves from actions that violate ethical and moral principles. When such actions harm society and violate the law, they become criminal acts. We believe that almost all criminal acts are related to the family, either directly or indirectly. Factors such as the disruption of family structure, inappropriate family education, the deviation of family ethics, the weakening of family functions, abnormal family environments, and the influence of family members are all significant contributors to criminal acts. Our conclusion is that all criminal acts are immoral behaviors, and more so, they are acts that violate family ethics. All criminal acts are infringements on morality, particularly on the destruction of family ethics. Therefore, it is highly necessary to explore the causes of crime and measures for preventing and controlling crime within the context of family ethics. Based on this, we analyze and argue from three perspectives: family, family ethics and crime, family ethics and types of crime, and family ethics and crime prevention. The aim is to reveal the relationship between unhealthy family ethics and criminal behavior, focusing on analyzing the factors related to family ethics that lead to crime. We primarily study the family environment, family ethics, and moral and family prevention in crime prevention under specific social conditions, seeking ways to construct modern families and a family ethics system.
