Features: Criminal policy has gradually become a prominent field of study due to its unique academic qualities and significant value in modern social life, attracting widespread attention from theoretical circles and practical departments both domestically and internationally. However, it must be acknowledged that research in this field is still insufficient in academia, particularly lacking in specialized studies. There is an urgent need to organize dedicated academic seminars and accumulate research results to effectively advance in-depth and comprehensive research on criminal policy issues. The book features a focus on the thematic nature of the research field, with all papers conducting specialized discussions on criminal policy issues. The research covers the main aspects of criminal policy, including academic explorations of fundamental theoretical problems and specific reviews of practical issues in criminal policy practice. The entire book is composed of five thematic sections: "Defining Criminal Policy and Disciplinary Construction," "The Formation and Development of Criminal Policy," "Criminal Law Theory and Criminal Policy Analysis," "Research on Criminal Offender Extramarital Affairs," and "Special Studies on Crime Prevention and Control." Of course, this book is not a systematic study of the principles of criminal policy, and thus does not emphasize the systematic nature of theoretical research.
