Features: This book is one of the series of English case collections on international economic law by the National Key Discipline Construction Project of the School of Law at the University of International Business and Economics. The main objective of this book is to integrate the teaching of fundamental theories in the field of international financial law with case studies, using basic knowledge to guide the reading of classic cases and enhancing the understanding and mastery of fundamental knowledge through case reading. Through the study of these classic cases and related fundamental knowledge, readers are expected to gain a deeper understanding of international financial legal knowledge and a better grasp of its practical applications. The book selects and compiles 59 international financial orders and real cases adjudicated by international, foreign judicial institutions, and administrative enforcement agencies such as the International Court of Justice, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia. To facilitate a systematic understanding and mastery of international financial legal knowledge, while preserving the original form of these cases as much as possible, some content has been edited as necessary based on the knowledge system of international financial law. The content of the book mainly includes three aspects: Part 1 introduces the legal knowledge of international lending and guarantees; Part 2 covers international banking and its regulation; and Part 3 focuses on the regulation of international securities. This book can serve as a supplementary textbook for students studying international financial law, helping them systematically understand and master the basic legal knowledge of international lending, international banking, and the securities industry and its regulation, as well as cultivating their ability to analyze and solve specific problems in the field of international finance. At the same time, this book can also serve as a reference for practitioners of international financial law, providing them with helpful guidance for their practical work.
