They analyze each item of the 1982 Association Cargo Clauses and the China Ocean Transport Cargo Insurance Clauses in detail, and introduce the conventions and practices of international freight insurance. Chapter 10 offers a brief introduction to the insurance of other transportation methods. This section combines insurance theory with insurance practice, highlighting the practicality of insurance practice.
