Features: First-tier managers talk about logistics, second-tier managers discuss management, and third-tier managers focus on credentials. China's logistics cost is 18, compared to 7.8 in developed economies in Europe and America, a difference of 10.2 percentage points. In today's global economic integration, logistics has become a bottleneck restricting the development of countries, cities, and enterprises. In the next decade, the international competitiveness of Chinese cities and enterprises will primarily be reflected in the competition of logistics costs. Logistics has become the industry with the most development potential in China. Logistics management talent has been listed as the top of the 12 categories of in-demand professionals by the government and economically developed cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Cultivating logistics management talent, applying advanced modern logistics technology, scientifically and rationally planning and building logistics systems, improving logistics efficiency, and reducing logistics costs have become key to China's economic growth, urban development, and enterprises' participation in international competition. In the knowledge economy era, in the smokeless battlefield of market competition, the way for professional managers to remain invincible is to learn, understand, and master the logistics technology and management methods of successful multinational enterprises, broaden their horizons, and enhance their management skills and innovative capabilities. The National Logistics Professional Manager Certification Training Series Textbooks are the result of case teaching and practical experience in logistics professional management. The content is systematic, applicable, and highly targeted, providing references for all professional managers to grasp the key points when entering or engaging with a new logistics industry.
