Features: When frogs face obvious dangers, they can be cautious, but they remain indifferent to potential crises, ultimately suffering great losses. This is the famous "frog in boiling water" theorem. Today, the changing environment faced by enterprises is like slowly rising water temperature. For business operators, it is not only necessary to have the ability to recognize and adapt to the environment but also to use existing knowledge to discover and realize new value, i.e., engaging in "knowledge management."
What is knowledge management? From the perspective of the role of knowledge in the economy and society, it is a management approach that optimizes the allocation and effective operation of knowledge as a special form of capital through various means such as flow, acquisition, mergers, equity participation, and control, in order to achieve the goal of maximizing value. From an operational perspective, it means using knowledge as the primary, if not the only, resource input for business activities. Through effective knowledge management, the value of knowledge contribution in corporate output is enhanced, while more knowledge resources are acquired as further input, thereby continuously creating high returns for the organization.
