Features: The Property Law of the People's Republic of China is currently being formulated and is expected to be promulgated next year. However, there are still many controversies and issues worth discussing in the process of formulating the property law. The issue of the type system of property rights directly affects the structural design and institutional construction of the property law. Therefore, the study of the system of property rights holds a crucial position in property law theory and legislation. This book employs research methods such as historical examination, cross-comparative analysis, consideration of national conditions, economic and logical analysis, legal interpretation, and the combination of theory and practice to conduct a macro and micro dual-layer review of the type system of property rights from multiple perspectives. It defines and explains the nature and status of certain controversial rights in property law, comments on the provisions of property rights types and related issues in various drafts of the property law draft, and proposes some legislative suggestions. The aim is to design and provide sufficient arguments for the types of property rights that should be clearly stipulated in the property law of China.
