As the centenary of Deng Xiaoping's birth approached, the Sichuan People's Publishing House, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Guang'an Municipal Committee, and the Education Bureau of Guang'an City jointly organized the compilation and publication of the book "China Has Given Birth to Deng Xiaoping." The purpose was to let future generations understand Deng Xiaoping's life and deeds, his historical achievements, learn from his noble character, and ensure that the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics as proposed by Deng Xiaoping enters the minds of young people.
"China Has Given Birth to Deng Xiaoping" strives to accurately and accessibly describe Deng Xiaoping's major life, historical achievements, noble character, and personal charm, as well as the key points of his theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. It also briefly explains the content, significance of the Important Thought of "Three Represents," and the main spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Party. This serves to demonstrate that Deng Xiaoping's theory has been inherited and developed, that the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics pioneered by Deng Xiaoping has a successor, and that our future will be even brighter.
