Features: Vocabulary is the foundation of learning English. Without a certain accumulation of vocabulary, the development of abilities such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing becomes empty talk. Therefore, during the learning process, it is beneficial to focus on memorizing a certain amount of vocabulary to comprehensively improve language skills. This manual includes 3,400 words, with 2,500 at Level B and 900 at Level A (marked with ★). The arrangement is based on three aspects of phonetic features of vocabulary: syllable count, word stress position, and the pronunciation of vowel letters and their combinations in stressed syllables. The words are organized into four sections according to syllable count: Section 1 for monosyllabic words; Section 2 for disyllabic words; Section 3 for trisyllabic words; Section 4 for words with four or more syllables. In the arrangement of disyllabic and polysyllabic words, they are further divided based on different stress positions. Within groups of words with the same syllable count and stress position, they are ordered according to the pronunciation rules of vowel letters and their combinations in stressed syllables. It is hoped that through this manual, learners not only can quickly memorize these 3,400 vocational and technical vocabulary words but also grasp the rules between the pronunciation and spelling of English vocabulary, making future vocabulary learning easier and more natural. The manual also includes an appendix with "Common Phrases in Vocational and Technical English," "Irregular Verbs," and "Common Abbreviations" for students to reference and study.
