Features: For women, the pelvic floor is an area within the body that is still not well understood, yet it has a profoundly important impact on their lives. Only a few people know that the pelvic floor is related to body sensation and posture, and thus significantly influences both internal and external appearances. If the pelvic floor is weak, the uterus or vaginal walls may often prolapse under the force of gravity. The sphincters of the urethra and anus may also be affected, impairing their normal function and leading to incontinence. This is one of the main symptoms of pelvic floor weakness. Through targeted exercises, the function of the pelvic floor can be significantly enhanced, alleviating or at least greatly reducing the aforementioned discomforts. Many women are aware of pelvic floor exercises, but few medical gymnastics instructors and midwives have provided them with this kind of assistance, and even fewer have offered experienced, high-quality guidance. The purpose of writing this book is to provide women with this kind of help to eliminate certain undesirable phenomena and shortcomings.
