Features: The first part of this book studies the regulation and institutional innovation of China's main board market, consisting of five chapters that analyze and discuss China's existing issuance market, trading market, information disclosure and regulatory system, delisting system, and corporate governance system. It concludes that China's securities market, after years of healthy development, has the necessity and feasibility of introducing innovative mechanisms at the right time. The second part examines the regulation and institutional innovation of markets outside the main board, comprising two chapters that analyze China's currently discussed second board market and over-the-counter trading market, proposing the view that it is not advisable to launch a second board market at this stage. Meanwhile, it suggests that China should strengthen the development and innovation of the over-the-counter trading market to make it an effective supplement to the main board market. The third part conducts research on the relevant professional fields of the regulation and institutional innovation of China's securities market. This book aims to provide theoretical and practical references for improving China's capital market.
