Features: "Selected Works of Liu Shaoqi Since the Founding of the People's Republic of China" is a multi-volume documentary collection intended for research purposes. The selection scope includes: (1) manuscripts, including articles, directives, comments, speech outlines, annotations, letters, telegraph drafts, inscriptions, and rewritten or added text in revised documents; (2) speeches, reports, and recorded conversations that were reviewed and approved by the author; (3) documents not drafted by the author but published under the author's name after review, or compiled based on the author's remarks and reviewed for publication under other names. These documents were either occasionally published publicly, mostly circulated within the Party in varying scopes, or a small portion remained unpublished. Unreviewed speeches and recorded conversations were not included in this documentary collection. The collection is organized chronologically and published in volumes.
