Features: This book is the crystallization of the editors' long-term teaching and medical practice, combining their experiences in medical education with insights from clinical practice. During the writing process, relevant materials from both domestic and international sources were collected. Various anatomical, including regional anatomy, surgical anatomy, layered anatomy, sectional anatomy, and imaging anatomy, were thoroughly reviewed, carefully selected, and comprehensively processed. The illustrators are experts in anatomy and can fully grasp the editors' design concepts, making the book excel in both vividness and realism. The features of this book include:
1. Emphasis on scientific accuracy and practicality, strictly using anatomical position diagrams to facilitate reader understanding.
2. Accurate graphical representations of all regional, zonal boundaries, bony and muscular landmarks, and surface projections of deep structures, leaving a lasting impression and aiding memorization.
3. The adjacency relationships of various structures are illustrated with realistic images, making them suitable for clinical applications.
4. The relationships between blood vessels, nerves, or other structures are arranged in a logical sequence (from superficial to deep, anterior to posterior, superior to inferior, medial to lateral, and left to right) with accompanying diagrams for easy memorization.
5. The book maintains a close connection with practicality throughout, focusing on and highlighting the effectiveness of application. The illustrations reveal the hierarchical structure of the human body, surface projections of organs, and their positional relationships, all reflecting the four methods of dissection, examination, recognition, and identification. Since colored illustrations better showcase the features of regional anatomy, about 80% of the 374 illustrations in this book are colored. Notably, the method of displaying the spatial three-dimensionality by resecting organs in situ, combined with the localization and extent of lesions, makes the design more realistic and provides a morphological basis for various modern medical treatments.
6. The book strives to combine depth and breadth, as well as professionalism and commonality in its content. During writing, it referenced teaching syllabi from various disciplines to accommodate teaching needs across different fields.
