Features: It is essential to maintain the understanding that any legal principle or legal system must have its origins. Many things, even those that are global in nature, are fundamentally American, British, French, or Swedish in character. Based on this understanding and the needs of graduate academic training, we established a special research project on comparative administrative law principles and institutions. We emphasized the research process rather than the novelty or theoretical breakthroughs of the research outcomes, hoping that graduate students would respect existing knowledge and theories, become familiar with and master comparative research methods, broaden their horizons, and develop academic research skills. They successfully completed the research project and achieved the predetermined goals of both methodological and skill-based academic training. Moreover, the project's research outcomes exceeded our expectations. Due to their strong theoretical systematicity and practical guiding significance, the results have been compiled and published.
