Features: The "Measures for the Preparation of Preliminary (Estimate) Budgets for Electronic Engineering Construction Projects and Valuation Basis" and the "Budget Quota for Electronic Engineering Construction Projects" were simultaneously approved and published by Document Xindu Guan [2005] No. 36, and shall come into effect on April 1, 2005. The original "Measures for the Preparation of Preliminary and Budget Estimates for Electronic Engineering Construction Projects and Quota for Installation Engineering Costs of Electronic Equipment" issued by Document Xindu Guan No. 827 in 1999 shall be simultaneously terminated. This measure applies to the preparation and management of project cost for new construction, expansion, and renovation (including technological transformation projects). It serves as the basis for the preparation and management of tendering and cost estimation by construction, design, construction, supervision, consulting, and audit units.
