Features: The "Measures for the Preparation of Preliminary and Estimated Budgets for Electronic Engineering Construction and Pricing Basis" and "Budget Norms for Electronic Engineering Construction" were simultaneously approved and published by Document Xindu Guan [2005] No. 36, and shall come into effect on April 1, 2005. The original "Measures for the Preparation of Preliminary and Estimated Budgets for Electronic Engineering Construction, and Norms for the Costs of Electronic Equipment Installation Engineering" issued by Document Xindu Guan No. 827 in 1999 shall be simultaneously terminated. This measure applies to the preparation and management of project cost for new construction, expansion, and renovation (including technical transformation projects). It serves as the basis for the preparation and management of tendering and cost budgeting for construction, design, construction, supervision, consulting, and audit units.
