Features: The "Method for Preparation of Preliminary (Estimate) Budget of Electronic Engineering Construction Project and Pricing Basis" and "Budget of Electronic Engineering Construction Project" were simultaneously approved and published by Document Xindu Guan [2005] No. 36, and shall come into effect from April 1, 2005. The original "Method for Preparation of Preliminary Budget of Electronic Engineering Construction Project and Budget of Installation Engineering Cost of Electronic Equipment" published by Document Xindu Guan No. 827 in 1999 shall be simultaneously terminated. This method applies to the preparation and management of project cost for new construction, expansion, and renovation (including technological transformation projects). It serves as the basis for project cost preparation, tendering, and management for units such as construction, design, construction, supervision, consulting, and audit.
