Look at this person: Nietzsche's self-description

Author: Nietzsche

Features: This self-description is a product of Nietzsche from mid-October to early November 1888 (approximately three weeks). The title is taken from the Bible, as the legend goes, Jesus wore a crown of thorns and a purple robe, enduring humiliation and ridicule before his crucifixion. At that time, Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor of Judea, pointed to Jesus and said to the crowd, "Behold him!" (Latin: ECCEHOMO). Here, Nietzsche compares himself to Jesus. This book can be considered a unique description of Nietzsche's thoughts and beliefs, following the of his major works, as if it were a declaration to posterity, an explanation. He himself held this unique self-description in high regard. For this reason, he specially drafted two letters—one to Emperor Wilhelm II and another to Chancellor Bismarck—from which we can see Nietzsche's arrogance at the time and how intensely he desired to engage with the world, surpassing the level of sages.
