2. Detailed Explanation of Exam Points: This is the core of the book, providing interpretations of important exam points under each chapter, including:
(1) Explanation of Exam Points: Combining specific legal provisions, it accurately analyzes key and difficult points, breaking them down into manageable sections for easy memorization.
(2) High-Frequency Exam Points Statistics: It statistically tracks exam points from 2002 to 2004 in the first three volumes of the judicial examination. The number of asterisks () after the exam point title indicates the number of times it has been tested over the years, revealing the question-setting patterns and drawing candidates' special attention.
(3) Preparation Notes: It clarifies common mistakes and confusions in understanding and memorizing important exam points, providing solutions and solidifying comprehension.
3. Past Exam Questions: Following important exam points, this section includes past judicial examination questions to deepen candidates' understanding of the points and improve their problem-solving and exam-taking skills.
