Features: To implement the "Solid Waste Pollution Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and reduce secondary pollution caused by household waste incineration, this standard has been formulated. The content of this standard (including the implementation date) is identical to the "Standard for Pollution Control on Household Waste Incineration" (GWKB3-2000) issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration on February 29, 2000. This standard replaces GWKB3-2000 upon its implementation. Appendix A of this standard is part of the standard. This standard is interpreted by the State Environmental Protection Administration.
