The symposium received numerous commemorative essays and dozens of high-quality academic papers, which were exchanged and resonated widely. To preserve the warmth of the grand event and expand the exchange of achievements, the conference materials and papers have been compiled into this book as a gift from the elderly, middle-aged, and young scholars of constitutional and administrative law in China to the cause of socialist rule of law. It is also the best celebration for Professor Xu Chongde's 50th anniversary of teaching. Without 50 years of hard work, there would be no fruitful results today. The highly respected Professor Xu Chongde has dedicated half a century to tilling the field of constitutional law. He has devoted himself to in-depth research, relentless exploration, teaching and nurturing students, and has made significant contributions to the constitutional education, research, and constitutionalism construction of New China. He is an important participant in the development of constitutional law in New China and a historical witness to constitutionalism construction, serving as a role model and paragon in academia. This book consists of four parts: the first part celebrates Professor Xu Chongde's 50th anniversary of teaching, the second part focuses on China's constitutionalism in the 21st century, the third part explores administrative law from the perspective of constitutionalism, and the fourth part includes several important appendices.
