Features: According to the "Technical Grading System for Social Sports Instructors" and the "National Occupational Standard for Social Sports Instructors" issued by the General Administration of Sport of China, combined with the actual conditions of Shanghai, this "Training Auxiliary Textbook for Social Sports Instructors" was specifically organized and compiled under the leadership of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Sports - General Population Department by the Shanghai Social Sports Instructor Training Center. As an international metropolis, Shanghai differs from other provinces and regions in terms of sports facilities, fitness venues, the sports philosophy of its citizens, and the comprehensive quality of social sports instructors. This textbook emphasizes "people-centered" principles, striving to reflect Shanghai's characteristics, and highlights the combination of theoretical and practical content, advanced and objective perspectives, forward-thinking and operational feasibility, with a focus on and emphasis on practicality, objectivity, and operability.
This textbook is intended for teaching and training purposes for individuals engaged in or preparing to engage in the teaching of sports skills, scientific fitness guidance, organizational management, and business management. It can also serve as a knowledge resource for sports enthusiasts, fitness participants, and others with an interest in the subject.
The content of this textbook does not overlap with the "Training Textbook for Social Sports Instructors" organized and compiled by the General Administration of Sport of China - Population Department, forming a teaching material system with Shanghai-specific characteristics. The content is expressed in a manner that is as clear and concise as possible. Each chapter includes a content summary at the beginning and review questions at the end to facilitate self-study, independent learning, or examination.
The writing plan was proposed by Liu Jianzhong, Cao Peizhong, Shi Jixing, and Huang Yaxian. Hu Hong, Song Yue, Zhang Yun, and Jin Xin of the Shanghai Sports Education and Propaganda Center conducted extensive organizational and coordination work. Yang Jiahua and Gao Ge of the Shanghai Social Sports Instructor Association participated in the research of some writing plans. The textbook was reviewed by five professors: Hu Aiben, Xu Benli, Zhao Wenjie, Li Jianguo, and Zhang Suzhen, with Li Jianguo serving as the chief editor.
