The introduction discusses the object of jurisprudence research and the methods of jurisprudence research. In the introduction, we need to understand "legal phenomena," "legal phenomena and fundamental universal issues in law" as the object of jurisprudence research, "jurisprudence," we need to understand the methods of jurisprudence research, and the relevant theories. This book explains the content of jurisprudence. Before explaining it, of course, we should know "jurisprudence" is the object of study. Knowing the object of jurisprudence research, we naturally should understand the methods of jurisprudence research. After all, jurisprudence, as a discipline of knowledge, has a long history. In jurisprudence, scholars who have devoted their lives to it are as numerous as the sands of the sea, and many methods have been noted and used in jurisprudence research. In the introduction, we discuss two basic contents: First, the object of jurisprudence research; second, the methods of jurisprudence research.
