Features: Aesthetic medicine has been on the rise and developing in China for over a decade, gradually maturing and reaching perfection. Aesthetic medicine education has entered a systematic and standardized phase, and the establishment of the medical aesthetic technology major represents a new discipline, positioned at the three-year college level. It primarily aims to train aesthetic therapists for various levels and types of hospitals or beauty salons. We believe it is necessary to introduce a course titled "Aesthetic Nutrition," as it covers a broad scope and its depth is challenging to master. Students find it difficult to locate all the teaching materials within a single book. Therefore, we were commissioned by the society to compile "Aesthetic Nutrition." Due to our limited expertise, shortcomings in the book are inevitable. We sincerely hope that experts and readers will offer constructive criticism and corrections.
