After the book was published, it has gone through five years. In recent years, economic law has undergone significant changes in content and system, so this book is being republished. This book consists of twenty-two chapters, Part I: General Principles of Economic Law, Part II: Economic Law Subjects, Part III: Market Regulation Law, Part IV: Macro-control Law. It should be noted that some content in the teaching syllabus, such as Planning Law, Industry Law, Special Transaction Supervision Law, etc., is not included in this book temporarily. This is because some regulations are still under drafting, and some issues remain highly controversial and have not yet reached a definitive conclusion.
