Features: The topic discussed in this book is a key research project of Hainan Province. This book is a collection of papers on teaching methods and research in economic management. Regardless of how diverse university teachers' teaching methods are, how sufficient and reliable their justifications for these methods are, or how dignified they may appear, students as learners naturally have the right to express their opinions on their teachers' teaching methods and effectiveness, just as consumers have the right to evaluate the products and services they purchase. If students give poor evaluations of teachers' teaching, we should deeply examine our teaching content, methods, management, organization, and processes. According to evaluations of teaching methods and effectiveness by college students in universities both domestically and internationally, approximately one-third of teachers have some issues in their teaching methods and effectiveness, with one-quarter to one-fifth of them having more significant problems. This cannot but prompt us educators to reflect and strive to improve.
