Similar to foreign research, in most cases, this book also takes mortgage-backed securities as the analysis object, mainly for two reasons: first, mortgage-backed securities currently account for a significant proportion of the entire asset securitization market; second, mortgage-backed loans have common characteristics, while other target assets often lack such commonalities.
