Features: This set of inscriptions is another series of single-volume publications of famous Chinese calligraphy works released by our press, totaling 20 volumes. The selected versions are meticulous, including Song-era rubbings such as Wang Xizhi’s Seventeen Treatises, Collecting Wang Xizhi’s Sacred Teachings, Li Yong’s and Li Sixin’s Stele, Ouyang Xun’s Stele of the Nine Dragons Palace, and Ouyang Xun’s Stele for the Marquis of You, as well as Tang Taizong’s Screen Fan Rubbing; early rubbings such as Zhang Qian Stele, Cao Quan Stele, Yi Ying Stele, Yan Zhenqing’s Record of Ma Gu’s Immortal Platform, and Zhang Menglong Stele; and the unique Zhang He’nu Stele. Printed in high-quality 157g copperplate paper with color illustrations, it is the best version for copying and collecting. The stele is now housed in the Xi’an Museum, with 30 lines per column and over 80 characters per line, totaling over 2,400 characters. There are numerous printed copies of the stele, with some of the better rubbings being [Zhou Wenqing’s edition], [Mo Huang’s edition], [Wu He’wu’s edition], [Shaanxi Museum’s collection], and [Shanghai Library’s collection with Wang Fanggang’s postscript], all rubbings from the Northern Song Dynasty. According to Dong Qichang, the characters [fence, he yi, chu] within the stele are unscathed, indicating a Tang-era rubbing. The Song-era Mo Huang edition is now selected for printing and publication to delight.
