Features: As go theory develops, opening moves also evolve accordingly. Some "old opening moves" that no longer meet modern standards are gradually phased out, while new opening moves continue to emerge. This book selects representative and commonly used opening moves from a wide variety of options, collecting currently popular new openings and providing detailed explanations. For "opening move diagrams," if they are passed through, they are considered even-handed openings; other diagrams marked with phrases like "even-handed," "one type," and "situational play" in parentheses indicate moves suitable for specific situations or unformed variations. The content of this book is organized into four parts: Star Point High Opening Moves, Low Hanging Star Point Opening Moves, Small Circle Low Hanging Opening Moves, Small Circle High Hanging Opening Moves, and Outer Point, High Point, and Three-Three Opening Moves. Star points are currently the most popular opening moves, while small circles have the most variations, so these two parts are the focus of this book. Outer points and high points have a "novel approach" (implying "originality"), so they are introduced selectively. Three-Three itself is a solid and straightforward opening move, and it is used less frequently now, so the content is relatively brief.
