Due to unknown reasons, Wai Yi encounters another mysterious and powerful being in the void. Under the arrangement of this powerful being, Wai Yi is reborn as Cohen Keda on the continent of Bish, experiencing life anew and pursuing his path. Yet, countless powerful beings cannot tolerate the existence of those who dare to challenge their authority. Wai Yi (Cohen Keda), who resists this, seems to be utterly alone.
When the cold war between Cohen Keda and Del Merlin reaches its peak tension, Cohen Keda's smuggling ship is raided by a mysterious race. They send a message demanding Cohen Keda attend negotiations in person. Saying farewell to everyone, Cohen Keda travels to the mysterious race's camp, where he finally learns they are one of the four ancient races—the Aquatics. The Aquatics are currently in great trouble. After consulting with Fisheater, Cohen believes this is a good opportunity to curry favor with the Aquatics. He pressures the Aquatic leader, Sand, to bring him to meet the Great Elder of the Aquatics. Reluctantly, Sand agrees. Cohen sets off with a large supply of food.
But as soon as he steps onto the Aquatics' island, he discovers that everything is far different from what he imagined. What will this "rogue director" stir up on the island?
