CCTV's Science and Education Channel began broadcasting in July 2001, emerging alongside the implementation of the "Science and Education to Revitalize China" strategy. In the three years since its launch, the channel has organized multiple large-scale series programs with prominent themes and special arrangements in production and broadcasting, forming a distinct channel identity at CCTV. The "Educational, Cultural, and Science Action" brand has also gained favorable recognition in society.
