Anna Karenina, by Leo Tolstoy, is a renowned Russian writer born on September 9, 1828, into a noble family in Russia. He lost both parents in his childhood and was raised by several female relatives. In 1852, he published his first work—a memoir-based novel titled Childhood. His main representative works include the novels War and Peace and Anna Karenina. He died an accidental death in a small shed at a remote train station in 1910. Anna Karenina primarily tells the story of a charming and rebellious married woman from high society, Anna, who falls deeply in love with a young, handsome nobleman, Vronsky. Eventually, their love ends in failure, leading Anna to commit suicide by lying on the tracks. The other main storyline in the book follows the love life and philosophy of life of a young nobleman living in the countryside, Levin, to some extent reflecting the author's ideological tendencies and worldview.
