Third, it emphasizes strict management and improves the control mechanism. Fourth, it discusses that tellers are the foundation, and personnel selection is crucial. The book also proposes that comprehensive tellers should adopt a work ethic of "strictness, meticulousness, pragmatism, and prevention," which means:
Strictness—Strict requirements, follow orders without hesitation, and standardized operations;
Meticulousness—Diligent and detail-oriented, meticulous, accurate, fast, and comprehensive;
Pragmatism—Be realistic, honest and trustworthy, and consistent in words and deeds;
