Second, from the perspective of the management function of institutions, it emphasizes that enterprises must value institutional construction to promote the systematic, standardized, and automated development of enterprise management, achieving high-quality and sustainable business operations. Third, from the human-centered requirements of modern management, it emphasizes that enterprises must regard customer satisfaction as the "institution" of the enterprise while also implementing employee satisfaction systems, comprehensively improving enterprise management and enhancing corporate competitiveness. Fourth, from the perspective of the scientific and practical nature of theoretical research, it combines the theoretical research of corporate organization and institutions with practical operational management, avoiding the extremes of either listing pure theoretical academic viewpoints or accumulating pure operational techniques.
