The better approach is to improve your career planning, recognize the serious consequences of frequent job-hopping, and understand that it not only affects your personal image and reputation but also hinders your career prospects.
Actually doing well in every task within the company is the most important thing.
From an individual’s career planning perspective, as long as the job is a result of careful consideration and deliberate choice, you should at least stay committed for at least 3 years.
During this time, strive to discover your potential, cultivate your passion for work, and face challenges with a positive outlook and an optimistic mindset.
Then, no matter the outcome, it will be your most direct and authentic career experience and, laying a solid foundation for your future development.
