Features: The Foreign Language Proficiency Examination is aimed at strengthening the macro-control and standardized management of the award of master's degrees to individuals with equivalent academic qualifications, and is an important part of the national assessment of foreign language proficiency for applicants seeking master's degrees with equivalent academic qualifications. In 1998, we organized relevant experts to compile and publish the "National Unified Examination Syllabus for Russian Proficiency Examination of Individuals with Equivalent Academic Qualifications Seeking Master's Degrees." Based on the experience of the pilot program, we organized experts to revise it twice in 1999 and 2003, and the third edition was issued in 2003. In the past two years, based on the suggestions of a large number of candidates and relevant experts, and summarizing the experience of the unified examination, we organized experts from relevant aspects to revise this book for the third time. The revised syllabus will serve as the basis for the unified question-setting of the Russian Proficiency Examination for individuals with equivalent academic qualifications seeking master's degrees in the coming years. It can also be used as a reference for relevant teaching and tutoring by universities and colleges, as well as a reference material for candidates to review and prepare for the exam.
