Author Bio: Xie Zesheng holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from National Taiwan University, a Master's and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and was a visiting scholar at the Harvard Law School. He is currently a professor, chair of the Department of Law, and director of the Graduate Institute of Law at Chung Cheng University. His major works include "Special Studies on Property Law" (Volumes I, II, III), "Real Estate Securitization," and "Legal and Policy Aspects of Rent Control Law," among others.
