Features: Master teachers, who are very renowned educators, are undoubtedly the best in the field of educational practice. Why are they so famous? First, because they teach well, achieve significant teaching results, are popular among students, and are recognized by their peers. Across the country, they have given many open classes. In many places, when it's heard that master teachers are coming to teach, everyone wants to see their style. Second, they are diligent in writing and often have articles published in newspapers and magazines. Some even write books. I have always believed that those who can write well can also teach well. Because, a lesson and an article are almost the same, both containing four basic elements: theme, materials (content), techniques, and language. The lessons of the master teachers in the book are mostly attended by me, and they indeed have some common, commendable qualities, such as being full of passion and vitality; being expressive and sincere; and fostering an atmosphere of equality and harmony between teachers and students, etc. There are also well-designed lessons that are full of fun, which have given me many insights and enjoyment. Among the new generation of master teachers, I particularly admire Xue Fagen and Han Jun. Xue Fagen's profound scholarly demeanor, down-to-earth personality, and diligent and ambitious qualities are truly admirable and inspire respect. Han Jun is deeply knowledgeable, perceptive, and possesses the demeanor of a true scholar.
